Any news of Ryan Q?

Has anyone heard how Ryan is doing lately?

Ed, I haven't heard a thing. I wondered the same thing though. I asked him about a commission back in October and we discussed it a few times. Then he just dropped out of sight. I found out later what happened and didn't want to bother him.

Several people have said the same thing. I hope is on the mend well and we'll see him coming back to pipe making soon.......... If he isn't already back making pipes.

I haven't talked to him in a while now, last time things were not so good. Hardy ever see him on any forums any more.

I talked to Ryan today. His discs are in poor shape from the fall, so he isn't able to sit long enough to carve or even compute much. His docs are talking pain management but he's wanting an engineering solution. He appreciates the interest and concern from us folks.
